University Catering offers great part time employment opportunities for campus students and local Richmond residents. Non-students should contact the University's Human Resource Department at 287-6699 for more information. University students can apply to work as either a regularly scheduled part-time employee, or elect to work "At-Large". The at-large status allows the student to choose when they wish to work, on a sign-up basis, around their personal schedules.

These two employment classifications allow the student to select the level of commitment to hours which best suits them and their academic work load. Student employees make up the majority of our work force.

Catering is an exciting, fun, and fast paced atmosphere that exposes the student to both formal and casual social experiences. Many student employees elect to continue their employment with us for their entire time at Richmond.

Only students who want to earn the best possible wages, have flexible hours, shift meals while on duty, and an overall rewarding experience should apply.  Applications can be obtained from the catering office located in the Heilman Center Office Building, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
